Appeal for my milestone 5 submission

Dear madam, i am hereby appeal for extension for my milestone 7 due to my delay on process completing and my own poor time management.

date 18/4/2014 me and my supervisor Puan Imrah binti Yusoff have mutual agreement to extend my chapter 4 (milestone 5) as the cause of yet to obtain result for the final year project. i have to wait for the KKTM to approve my application to use their laser cutting machine.
